Article V — Independent Contractors

Only the Board of Directors shall have the power to hire persons to  perform work for the Corporation from time to time, as necessary to  carry out the objects and purpose of the Corporation.  The Board of  Directors will clearly communicate to anyone performing such work, that  their status while performing such work, whether or not for monetary  consideration, is that of an Independent Contractor and at no time, nor  in any way is an employment relationship of any kind established or to  be construed by any party. There are not, and shall not be any  "employees" of the Corporation as that term may be used for tax,  welfare, unemployment, liability, pension, insurance, benefits or claims  of any other kind and no member of the Corporation may hire a person to  perform services for the Corporation in such a capacity.
