CORPORATION BYLAWS

The legal procedures and guiding principles of The Suffield Players are solidified in the Players’ Bylaws.  The Bylaws establish such standards as routine operations, rights of members, responsibilities of the Board, meeting and election policies, and the creation and regulation of various committees.  This is the most recent version as revised at  Special Meetings of the membership on September 15, 2007; June 7, 2015; February 10, 2019; and June 6, 2019.
